Coaching

I offer mental health and wellness coaching. This looks different for everyone on their own individual journey, but may consist of:

  • Examining and shifting thought processes

  • Identifying limiting beliefs

  • Learning communication and independence skills

  • Building and strengthening coping skills

  • Navigating change and uncertainty

  • Learning who you are/lifting the mask

  • Breaking down goals into clear steps

  • Building resilience

  • Finding and increasing motivation

  • Setting up healthy habits and routines

  • Aligning with core values

  • Finding your joy

  • Building self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-confidence

I offer a free consultation and first session to see if I’m the right fit for your needs.

  • Text-based coaching

Online and telephone coaching are $80 per session.

​

Text based coaching is $70 per session.

​

Multiple session offers are available at a discounted price. 

Online coaching sessions will be via Google Meet.

​

Telephone coaching will involve me calling you at a pre-agreed time.

​

Text-based coaching will use SMS texting and is useful for people who struggle with using words to express themselves, or live in a situation where they’re unable to get private time to speak to another person out loud.​
